BiPAP (Bilevel Positive Airway Pressure) is a non-invasive ventilation technique that delivers air at two different pressure levels: a higher pressure during inhalation (IPAP) and a lower pressure during exhalation (EPAP). It’s used to assist breathing when a person can breathe independently but needs help getting enough oxygen or expelling carbon dioxide.
